After I learned brick stitch, I learned peyote stitch (Thanks, Suzanne!)...
As always, click on the image to see a larger picture...
The first stitch I learned was the brick stitch... This triangular bag made with rootbeer and gold czech 11o seed beads is still one of my favorites... I 'think' the strap is tubular brick or peyote, but I don't know... It was just sort of a happy mistake... Hey! I was a newbie and didn't know any better... ;o)
This is the first pattern I created... Done in 14o seed beads with twisted fringe and Sandi's spiral rope for the necklace... Special thanks to Cisco for the feathers!
My second pattern.... YinYan??? YingYang???
Made with delica beads, twisted fringe and a simple strung necklace...
Yummy designs from Suzanne Cooper...
I really love this design from Sig Wynne-Evans...
Special thanks to Beki for the grape beads!!!
A lovely hummingbird from Barbara Elbe with a sterling silver 'hummer' in the fringe...
